INJECTION MOLDING
We seek out the best staff, use the fastest equipment, round the clock operations and honor our commitments to produce high quality injection molds. Our in house testing is conducted on all injection molds to ensure product quality at an attractive price.
Mould refurbishment projects are welcome and our in house MICRO WELDING and HEAT TREATING capabilities facilitate our effort.
We have used many different steel types, IMPAX 718, ORVAR8407, STAVAX136, ASSAB, PX88, DC11, P20, 420, and H13.
Most of our mould bases are from LKM. The hot runner systems can de from DME, HASCO or YUDO.
Our Mold Maker also has generators and transformers to prevent an interruption of electrical power.
