Our development capabilities include CAD/CAM/CAE in mold design & processing, and professional software such as Autocad Pro-Engineer, Solidworks, Unigraphics, and Matercam are utilized as well in the development process. Customers can provide the 2D drawing in DXF, DWG, and 3D data in PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP format, etc. Once your project is started one of our project managers will organize a team to oversee all aspects of production to insure perfection.
Weekly reports and digital pictures are presented to customers about the detailed project progress.
